We got a LOT of new announcements during Destination D23 this past November!

Disney announced that Fantasmic! is returning to Hollywood Studios, the Festival of Fantasy Parade is coming back to Magic Kingdom, a new restaurant is coming to Future World at EPCOT, and we got an opening timeline for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! Disney also revealed that a brand NEW character cavalcade is coming to Magic Kingdom next year, and you can now see more details about the cavalcade right from your phone!

The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade is now listed on the My Disney Experience app! Check out its fun logo:

This cavalcade will start in Frontierland, move through Liberty Square, and then go down Main Street, U.S.A. It’s scheduled to open in early 2022!

And, The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade actually has the most characters of any cavalcade to date! You can see characters like Nick and Judy from Zootopia, Baloo and King Louie from The Jungle Book, José Carioca and Panchito from The Three Caballeros, Miguel from Coco, Merida from Brave, Moana from Moana, The Incredibles, and so many more!

50th Anniversary Cavalcade

The cavalcade will take place multiple times throughout the day in Magic Kingdom — you should be able to find the showtimes on My Disney Experience when they become available.
