Ahoy from Disney’s Beach Club Resort! The holiday festivities aren’t limited to the Disney parks — even Disney’s hotels are here to spread the cheer!
For all of our gluten-free friends looking for a new snack, listen up! We found a holiday treat that you need to see!
We found a hidden gem at the Beach Club Marketplace! Take a look at the Holiday Plant-Based and Gluten-Friendly Brownie. It’s a chocolate brownie with chocolate ganache and a sweet peppermint flavor. We were pleasantly surprised by the chcoclate Plant-Based Gluten-Free Brownie, so let’s see how this one compares!
According to our vegan reporter, this was another winner! The texture is quite moist and rich, but not too dense. While the peppermint taste was a little bit of a surprise at first (our reporter wondered if toothpaste somehow ended up in there), the flavor ended up working!
Even if you’re not vegan, you might like this brownie! The chocolate/peppermint combination was nicely balanced, and the holiday sprinkles were a fun little addition to the classic chocolate brownie.
This brownie was pretty much the same as the plain Plant-based, Gluten-free Brownie served at the same location, but if you don’t like peppermint, stay away! The flavor wasn’t overpowering, but that “refreshing” minty taste isn’t for everyone!
You can find the new Holiday Plant-Based Brownie for $4.99 at the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. Just like the plain brownie, this peppermint brownie will be available until December 31st! We’ll continue to check out all the holiday treats in Disney World, so stay tuned for more!
