Disney World’s Latest Pumpkin-Flavored Dessert is SUPER Rare

Tucked away in an unassuming little building in Disney Springs, Gideon’s Bakehouse bakes some of our FAVORITE cookies and desserts in Disney World! The bakehouse may not seem crowded, but there’s typically a long virtual wait just to get inside! Talk about exclusive!

Now, our favorite place to grab a specialty cookie has a new *super* limited-time snack, and it’s made with our favorite fall flavor: 🎃pumpkin🎃! So what’s the deal with this little bakery and their newest treat? Let’s find out!

It’s no secret that our readers (and our reporters) love a tiny, tasty, layered cake. How could you not?! Gideon’s version of a mini cake is called a Shadow Cake (spooky!), and the newest Shadow Cake is Vanilla Pumpkin flavored!

The cake is made with two layers of vanilla cake with a pumpkin buttercream center…YUM! To top it all off, the cake is coated in a white chocolate shell to add a little crunch to your bite.

Sounds amazing, right? Well, there’s a catch: the Vanilla Pumpkin Shadow Cakes are only available this weekend, October 23rd and 24th!
