The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays is a great way to celebrate the season in Disney World!
The festival takes place from November 26th to December 30th this year and celebrates different holiday traditions from around the world. You can enjoy things like the holiday kitchens, special entertainment, and the famous Candlelight Processional. And now, we know some of the entertainment coming for this year’s festival!
During Festival of the Holidays you can find various entertainment celebrating cultural traditions around World Showcase, including costumed storytellers from the 11 different nations. Let’s take a look at some of the entertainment we know will be at the festival this year!
Las Posadas will be performing at the Mexico pavilion.
The Canadian Holiday Voyageurs will be up on stage over in the Canada pavilion.
You can see the Chinese Lion Dance celebrating the new year in the China pavilion.
Along the promenade, you can check out the Hanukkah storyteller.
There will also be a storyteller in France, Père Noël, who’s the French equivalent of Santa Claus, reading the letter of a child and their holidays wishes.

Over in Italy, you’ll get the chance to meet La Befana, the kind witch who visits children on the Eve of Epiphany, a popular Italian holiday that takes place on January 5th to finish the 12 days of Christmas.
