Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebrations are officially underway!

We’ve already spotted a new cavalcade, gotten a look at the lines and crowds, checked out some of the merchandise and treats, and much more. While there’s a lot for fans to purchase in the parks, today we found a FREE item that’s exclusive to Annual Passholders!

One of our fabulous DFB reporters (who is an Annual Passholder) stopped by Guest Relations in Magic Kingdom earlier today and was able to grab a brand NEW 50th Anniversary Passholder Card for FREE!

The new Passholder Card features the golden statue version of Mickey Mouse against an EARidescent background.

The card can function as your pass to scan and enter the parks (or you can just keep it in your wallet as a fun souvenir or display it in your home with the rest of your 50th merch!). We grabbed ours at Guest Relations in Magic Kingdom, but you can check to see if other Guest Relations areas on property also have it available. We waited about 20 minutes in line to get it.

When we got ours, the Cast Members provided it to us for free and still allowed us to keep our old Annual Passholder card. If you want to grab one of these, be sure to stop by Guest Relations during your next trip to see if they’re available.

UPDATE: We spoke with a Guest Relations Cast Member who said they are only swapping guests to these Annual Passes through the weekend (October 3rd). Otherwise, these will be for new Annual Passholders and Passholders who renew.
