Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs is constantly turning out delicious cookies, cake, and cold brew! This spot is a favorite here at DFB and among many Disney foodies, and for good reason: their treats are super rich and HUGE.

Today, we have news about all sorts of new stuff going on at Gideon’s!

Gideon’s Bakehouse is back with another limited-edition flavor of their Gideon’s Bites, which are cookies cut into quarters and dipped in chocolate! On August 21st (that’s today!), Gideon’s will have Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Bites! Grab yours quick (and keep them out of the sun!), these are gonna go fast!

Plus, when you get a bag of Bites starting on Monday, you’ll also receive one bite that’s a limited-edition flavor from the past. Limited flavors like The Eternal Flame could come back in this new mystery addition! Gideon’s Bakehouse hopes to have this bonus available through the end of September.

In other news, Gideon’s is also bringing back its Rocky Road Cake Slices for this weekend (August 21-22), which is a delicious array of toasted marshmallows, marshmallow buttercream, and candied almonds on three layers of decadent chocolate cake!
