When it comes to satisfying our sweet tooth at Disney World, Gideon’s Bakehouse is the place to be!
We’re BIG fans of the BIG cookies (and those whopping cake slices!) from the Disney Springs bakery, and in addition to their classic flavors, they’re always keeping us on our toes with limited-edition monthly flavors. So when we saw that their May flavor combined TWO of our favorite flavors, we immediately added our name to the cookie queue.
If there are two things we can’t get enough of, it’s peanut butter and espresso. Now we FINALLY have a sweet treat that combines the two! Introducing the Peanut Butter Espresso Cookie at Gideon’s Bakehouse. No offense to jelly, but espresso *might* be our new favorite peanut butter pairing!
When we first got a glimpse of this bad boy, we learned that it was made with creamy peanut butter and freshly ground, locally roasted espresso beans, then topped with chocolate chips and house-made candied peanuts. Basically, it sounds like Gideon’s Peanut Butter Cold Brew in cookie form!

Peanut Butter Espresso Cookie
The cookie really did taste similar to their Peanut Butter Cold Brew, which we love, so we weren’t complaining! The espresso seemed to be swirled throughout the cookie, and gave it a nice but light coffee flavor.

How GORGEOUS is this cookie?!
The peanut butter cookie was salty and sweet, and just about perfect. We really had no complaints about this treat!

Grab it this month at Gideon’s Bakehouse!
The only reason you probably wouldn’t like this cookie is if you hate either of the two main ingredients — peanut butter or espresso. Otherwise, this cookie is a crowd-pleaser, and if you’re anything like us, you’ll love it!

Look at that texture!
The Peanut Butter Espresso Cookie is around for the entire month of May, and there’s a limit of two per customer. These are always EXTRA popular, so arrive early if you want the chance to try one!
