The Polite Pig’s Chef’s Specials rotates seasonally: we’ve seen Smoked Herb Pork Loin, Smoked Lamb Ribs with a Sweet Potato Mash, and so much more. And now, there’s a new special up for grabs!

Thanks to The Polite Pig’s Instagram, we’ve got a peek at that new Chef’s Special: Meatloaf! “Not Your Mom’s Meatloaf” to be exact. And it looks pretty hearty!

You can also grab the seasonal side which features grilled asparagus, spring mix, blueberry vinaigrette, Florida blueberries, pepitas, marinated tomatoes, and smoked pecorino Romano cheese.
