The majority of Disney World is full of fun nods to our favorite Disney movies and characters, cute hidden details, or delicious food.

Buuuuut, sometimes we see things in Disney World that are just plain SCARY. Whether it’s an unexpected ride, a terrifying staple in a hotel lobby, or a larger-than-life figure that is sure to induce nightmares, Disney can be pretty frightening sometimes! Today, though, we’re looking at one of the creepiest things in ALL of the Disney Parks.
Roz said it best in Monsters, Inc.: “I’m watching you Wazowski. Always watching.” And we would rather have Roz watching our every move instead these terrifying figures on the clock in Germany! We have noticed how creepy these guys are before…but we had to mention it again.
Germany Pavilion
Okay, okay, at first glance, you really can’t tell that this could be the setting for a horror movie. But if you look closer, you can see some creepy stares from the people in the clock tower.
Do you see it yet?!
Lucky for us (or not so lucky 😬), the clock was stuck open as we walked through the pavilion, so they got to creep on us as we tried to enjoy the atmosphere. It’s sad because the pavilion itself is gorgeous, but we can’t look away from these super scary figures! The people aren’t too bad, so if Disney could just fix the INTENSE stare from these two, the clock might actually be cute.
*insert screams here*
Next time you’re in the Germany pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase, watch your back because THEY. ARE. ALWAYS. WATCHING. If we spot any other fun or terrifying details in Disney World, we’ll let you know!
