Disneyland Resort has been closed since March 2020.

However, the resort seems to be moving towards a phased reopening! Disney California Adventure’s limited-time A Touch of Disney event kicks off this week, and Disneyland recently announced that it’s aiming for a late April reopening. To prep for this, we’ve seen Cast Members INSIDE Disneyland— and now, we’ve spotted more signs that the parks are getting ready to welcome us back!
While we were passing by Disneyland’s gates today (and wishing we were inside), we noticed some social distancing markers had been added outside the turnstiles!

And when we got a little closer, we saw signs on the trash cans and lampposts that look similar to the safety notices we’ve seen around Disney World.

But that’s not all! The social distancing markers were also outside the gate to Disney California Adventure.

Even though Disney hasn’t announced an official reopening date for Disneyland, we’re excited to see some progress being made! We’ll be reporting live from A Touch of Disney, and we’ll be sure to keep you posted with any other updates on the west coast. Stay tuned to DFB!
