Disney California Adventure will reopen its gate soon meaning there might be a few more people hanging out around Downtown Disney!
A Touch of Disney banner already up in the park!
On March 18th, the park will reopen Thursdays through Mondays for the special ticketed event, A Touch of Disney. Needless to say, we’re pretty excited to be back eating and drinking our way through all the different lands. And, Disney is giving us even MORE time to meander around Downtown Disney after the event ends!
A Touch of Disney will begin at 12PM and end at 8PM and Disney has extended the hours at Downtown Disney so there is more time to shop and dine after the event! When we took a look at Disney’s website we noticed that beginning March 18th through March 22nd, Downtown Disney will open from 10AM to 9PM. This gives guests one extra hour every day between Thursday and Monday.

And, there’s even MORE time to explore the following weekend. On March 25th, 26th, and 29th Downtown Disney will be open from 10AM to 9PM and will open even LONGER on March 27th and March 28th from 9AM to 9PM. It has been a LONG time since we’ve seen the area open for a full 12 hours!

The last time that we saw Downtown Disney extend their hours was back around the holidays, so we are guessing that Disney is preparing for a few more crowds during this time. These hours are subject to change so keep an eye on DFB for all the latest updates!
