We’re back to try another Disney World coffee!
We consider ourselves pretty well-versed in Disney coffee. We’ve tried princess coffee, seasonal coffee, and even coffee-flavored CHIPS! But when we heard that select Disney Starbucks locations were adding oat milk to their menu, the nutty flavor fan inside us rejoiced. We HAD to go give it a taste!
We stopped by Creature Comforts, which is the Starbucks location at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, for our taste-test. Of course, we ordered up a brand-new drink: the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso. WOW, that’s a mouthful!
Just a little reminder: you can substitute the milk in any beverage with oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, and more! But we’re giving this oat milk-centric brew a try.
When we got our coffee, we immediately noticed that a lot of brown sugar had fallen to the bottom of the cup. Make sure you give this sip a good stir!
We really enjoyed this drink, but the oat milk flavor wasn’t strong at ALL. It tasted just like whole milk! If you prefer a nuttier oat milk, you’re not gonna get that from this coffee. But if you like that flavor more disguised, this may be a great option for you!
This new drink is $5.99 for a grande size. And while the oat milk notes were super muted, we still enjoyed it! We’ll keep an eye out for more Disney coffee and let you know what we think, so stay tuned to DFB.
