People have gotten really creative over the last year, trying to bring a bit of Disney magic into their own homes.
We’ve shared recipes, some of the best board games, and virtual ride videos to help Disney-fy your time away from the parks. Well, there’s one reader who took it to the absolute next level and we. are. impressed.
Reader @chloejoy17 on Instagram shared some very special photos with us, showing how she went ALL OUT to bring Disney World to her own home for a birthday celebration. She made nearly identical Disney snacks and even some EPCOT festival favorites! Plus, there’s an entire times guide breaking down the day! This seems like a pretty incredible way to spend a birthday, TBH.
Now, let’s get into the snacks. Here’s her version of the Cheshire Cat Tail from Cheshire Cafe in Magic Kingdom — looks so yummy!
And for even more sugary goodness, there’s this Dole Whip cupcake! We’re totally obsessed with how she added a backdrop of Cheshire Cafe and Pineapple Lanai onto the TV for an even more immersive experience.
And in true DFB fashion, here’s a glorious cross-section of the cupcake!
Now, let’s move onto EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts. This grilled cheese and tomato soup combo looks like it could’ve come straight outta the Pop Eats Food Studio. They even recreated the can that the soup is sometimes served in!
You know we’re on board for the cheesy, carby goodness that is brie in a bread bowl. The paper plate is even colored in to match the festival’s theme AND has “EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts” written on it. The dedication is seriously real.
Also, these adorable paint palette cookies look SO similar to the ones from Decadent Delights Food Studio! And those EPCOT mugs are perfect for the occasion.
And we can’t forget about this SUSHI DONUT like the one from Goshiki Food Studio!
We are super impressed by this elaborate creation of Disney snacks! This is serious dedication to bringing a little bit of Disney right into your home and it seems like y’all really thought of everything. Thanks so much, @chloejoy17 for a glimpse into these marvelous birthday celebrations!
