We’ve been anxiously awaiting the opening of the new EPCOT attraction, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

The attraction was originally scheduled to open in the summer of 2020, but following the extended park closure, the opening date has now been pushed back to 2021. We’ve been keeping a close eye on the construction progress that’s visible from the Disney Skyliner, and tonight we were treated to some bright and beautiful lights!
There are several signs located outside the new attraction, including a Gusteau’s sign on top of the building…

…and a Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure sign right outside the attraction.

We’ve spotted the Gusteau’s sign lit up before, but tonight, both signs were lit up as we rode by on the Skyliner! The Gusteau’s sign lights up in a bright red hue…
