Something’s going down at Cinderella Castle!

Just yesterday, we spotted construction on a temporary STAGE in front of Cinderella Castle! Now, crews are out filming on the new stages all-day today, and it just might be for the modified ABC holiday special.
Today, the stage had a lot of added components like two bridges and purple fabric around the bases. That’s certainly a Christmas-y color! Still, we’re not sure whether the filming is for a holiday special as it could just as easily be for promotional or marketing purposes.

Interestingly enough, the stages also have SLIDES. Uh…that’s pretty cool.

Both ends of the ramp they’re filming on currently are roped off and we caught a glimpse of costumes and supplies set up off to the side.

We could even see them getting a start on filming when we got there this morning!

Looks like bubbles are going to be a feature!

Despite the filming, you can still enter Fantasyland through the Castle right now.
