PICS! A STAGE Is Being Built In Front of Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom

We noticed some construction in front of Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle today. Wait…what?

Yup! You heard us! As we strolled up Main Street, U.S.A. we spotted a STAGE being put together in front of the Castle. With most live entertainment currently on hold and the temporary look, we’re wondering if this could be for the modified ABC holiday special?

The stage certainly doesn’t look like a permanent fixture as of right now. It’s made up of what appear to be transportable stage bases and flanks the forecastle area.

We weren’t sure that segments filmed in the parks would be a part of the ABC holiday specials this year with the health modifications, but these stages make us wonder if they might be!

Whatever the reason, we will be keeping a VERY close eye on these stages to make sure we can report on what they’re for as SOON as we know. Stay tuned!
