ALERT: The EPCOT Pizza Window is OPEN (And We’ve Got The Pepperoni Cups To Prove It)!

There are a LOT of exciting things happening at EPCOT. So many of our favorite snack stops are reopening!

Just this weekend, we reported the reopening of the Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe AND the Yorkshire County Fish Shop! We’ve eaten SO WELL THIS WEEKEND, Y’ALL!

But we also noticed the reopening of yet another of our favorite snack stops. Did someone say PIZZA? Pizza al Taglio at the Italy Pavilion is OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

This used to be the Via Napoli Pizza Window and is, in fact, attached to Via Napoli. It’s a seasonal location, so we were totally surprised it was open! (Maybe that proves just how crowded the parks have been lately!)

This location sells Sicilian-style pizza by the slice, so you guessed it — WE GOT PIZZA. We went for a slice of Pepperoni Pizza, which cost $8.25. Just look at those beautiful pepperoni cups!

Now THAT’S what we’re talking about. OK, we know that pizza at Disney World can be hit or miss, but we guarantee that THIS IS GOOD PIZZA. Maybe it’s not quite as good as the pizza at Via Napoli, but it is consistently great, and cheesy (very important), and it always has a perfect crust.

We also decided to check out the drinks menu, because DUR! Gotta’ have a beverage with our pizza. There are a variety of wines and beers available.

But what we’re really interested in are the cocktails!

Swirl Langhe/Prosecco Frozen Sangria? YOU BET THAT’S WHAT WE HAD! This really fun drink is sweet, but tangy, depending on which layer you get a sip of. This pretty baby was $11.50.

A Cast Member confirmed Pizza al Taglio opened yesterday, and that it will only be open on weekends, for the time being. That could change, though, so we’ll keep you updated!
