The Sweet Potato Mash with Maple Bourbon Butter has returned to this Disney Springs BBQ joint. But, of course, we wanted to do more than simply tell you it was available. So today, we went to get a little taste for ourselves so we could give you the whole scoop on this seasonal side!
You’ll see the Sweet Potato Mash listed on the menu of Market Sides. These are $6.oo each or you can get 3 for $15.00 to make a meal of it.

Served up in a ramekin, it gives vibes of a 2020 Taste of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival dish in appearance, don’t you think?

But the most important question, of course, is… how does it TASTE?

In a word: TERRIFIC! This dish is rich, tasty, and super buttery. We found the texture to be more of a puree, as opposed to mashed — very creamy.

The flavor profile is reminiscent of a classic Thanksgiving side dish, because it tastes like Sweet Potato Casserole, just without the pecans. So, even though Halloween is the holiday that’s currently being celebrated in the Disney World parks, this delicious dish in Disney Springs already has us thinking of Thanksgiving!
