Photos! This NEW Seasonal Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich in Disney World is Berry Good!

We’ve had some seriously fantastic food around EPCOT recently.

From new special edition macaron sets to a deliciously cheesy treat at a Food & Wine Festival booth that opened this weekend, our taste buds have been having some serious fun! Recently, we spotted another new seasonal treat and it’s berry good!

The France pavilion has brought us new Minnie ears, new kitchen merchandise, and delicious food lately. Très magnifique! Now, we’ve found a new refreshing treat you’ll definitely want to check out during your next trip! Over in the back of the pavilion, between Monsieur Paul and Les Halles, you’ll find L’Artisan des Glaces. You can get some fantastic house-made ice cream, sorbet, and more at this spot.

If you’re looking to meld your love for macarons with your love for ice cream, then you’ll definitely want to check out their seasonal macaron ice cream sandwiches. When we stopped by this weekend, we found the seasonal specialty was Raspberry Sorbet Swirled with Vanilla Ice Cream sandwiched between Raspberry Macarons.

Raspberry Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich

We loved how colorful this sweet treat was! The macaron was soft but held together pretty well, and the blend of the sorbet and ice cream was cool and refreshing. It was really flavorful and sweet, but also light and fresh at the same time. It was particularly nice after a walk around World Showcase in the Florida heat!

It is a seasonal offering, so if you love raspberry, you’ll want to grab one of these before new flavors take over. While we were there, we also spotted a new raspberry pear ice cream flavor available! YUM!
