Gideon’s Bakehouse makes some of the most INCREDIBLE cookies! So we were thrilled to learn that they’ll be opening their own location at The Landing across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in Disney Springs later this year. And as excited as we are to enjoy all of our favorite cookie flavors, there’s EVEN MORE to look forward to!
According to Gideon’s, the Disney Springs location will feature an expanded menu of cookie and cake slices along with their own line of unique coffees like the Original Peanut Butter Iced Coffee.

But wait, there’s more! In addition to our favorite classics, there will be new limited-edition flavors available exclusively during timed daily releases! Gideon’s hasn’t yet released a full menu for their Disney Springs location, but to give you an idea of the kinds of flavors we might see, their Orlando location has released options like a Peanut Butter Espresso Cookie, Roasted Coconut Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Candied Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie, to name a few!

And there are after-dinner treats to look forward to as well! Gideon’s is introducing a Hot Cookie Hour each evening! It’s safe to say that we’ll be enjoying dessert at Gideon’s Bakehouse pretttty often when the Disney Springs location opens up!
