Our thirst is about to be quenched thanks to these two fruity beers we discovered at Morimoto Asia Street Food at The Landing of Disney Springs!
Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it’s off to Morimoto we go!
Say it with us…POG JUICE!
That’s right – that undeniable mix of passion fruit, orange, and guava juices we’ve talked about before is available in a boozy form thanks to the Tiki Gods over at Kona Brewing Co! We’ve been lucky enough to see spiked versions of POG Juice at Dawa Bar in Animal Kingdom and as a Frozen Slushie at Kona Island in Disney’s Polynesian Resort, but it’s always exciting when we see one of our favorite citrusy flavors in beer form at Disney Springs.
Oh, my POG!
The Hanalei Island IPA is a refreshing, fruit-forward IPA created in honor of the lush Hawaiian Island of Kauai. Fun fact: Hanapepe in Kauai was also the inspiration for the setting in Lilo & Stitch!
Speaking of Stitch…This Might Be The Funniest Merch We’ve Spotted At Disney Springs!
We also spotted the Yuzu Lager, which is a classic lager with a Japanese citrus twist.
Who, me? No, Yuzu!
This beer from Kiuchi Brewery gives notes of grapefruit and mandarin orange, mixed with a traditional crisp lager to keep that deep flavor present.
