But now it’s time to enjoy some fine WINE, so join us over at Uncork California!

Uncork California is always pouring up a good time with its selection of yummy local wines available by the glass or in flights.

Food

We always need a few nibbles to go with our bevvies! This year, you’ll find a new variety of California Artisan Cheese with Central Coast Creamery Holey Cow Swiss and Vintage Cheese Co. Cabernet Cheddar for $8.50.

While a generous portion, this was pretty standard and arrived pre-packaged in a plastic box. If you’re hangry– go for it! We don’t discriminate and enjoy cheese in all forms. 🙂

And we wouldn’t be uncorking California without some WINE! If you visited  last year, you’ll spot just a few familiar names, but most of the wines have been swapped out!

The Mimosa Flight that debuted last year is BACK, but with a variety of new mimosas to sip on:

The Mimosa flight was delicious BUT superrrr small pours. The Coconut was very present in the Pacific Mimosa and was definitely on the sweet side. The Mojave Mimosa was alllll peachy and absolutely delicious. We found the Sierra Mimosa to be fairly one noted, with just the lavender shining through.

And if you’re looking for something a little more sparkly, Uncork California’s still got you covered! Their last selection is a Chandon Brut, Sparkling Wine from California for $15!

Disney California Adventure’s Food and Wine Festival runs through April 21st, so you have plenty of time to take a sip of the good life at Uncork California!
