Valentine’s Day Red Velvet Whoopie Pies
We’ve already seen treats like the Red Velvet Whoopies Pies, the Cherry Almond Cupcake, and the WILD Animal Print Valentine’s Cupcake cupcake.
Today, we found the latest Valentine’s cupcake that doubles as a work of art at The Artist’s Palette at Saratoga Springs. The Chocolate-Covered Raspberry Cupcake is a chocolate cupcake with raspberry mousse, a chocolate shell, and edible chocolate pearls and heart.

While we’ve seen plenty of treats covered in edible glitter throughout the years, we’re loving how it looks on this hard chocolate shell.

And there’s nooooo buttercream or icing here! The crunchy chocolate shell opens to reveal a soft and smooth raspberry mousse. The flavor of the raspberry mousse is slightly tart which is a wonderful compliment to the richness and sweetness with all that chocolate.

The chocolate cupcake itself is very moist and delicious. We loved finding out that there’s ever MORE raspberry mousse inside the cupcake. What’s even better is that the raspberry mousse on the inside is also mixed with chocolate mousse! YAASSS! Another great way to balance out the flavors.

We thought this was an excellent addition to the Valentine’s offerings found throughout the world. If you’re a big fan of chocolate this one is probs for you. The Raspberry flavors here are quite strong, so heads up if that isn’t your thing! The Chocolate-Covered Raspberry Cupcake is available at The Artist’s Palette at Saratoga Springs for $5.99 for a snack credit for those on the Disney Dining Plan.
