The sweet focus of most Disney bakery cases right now may be Frozen 2, but we’re HERE for our baddies getting some love too! Earlier this year, we found a delicious Ursula cake at the Contempo Cafe for Villaintine’s Day so we were WAY excited to try this new cupcake we spotted at All-Star Music Resort! Did it match up?
The Sea Witch has resurfaced once again, this time in the form of a cupcake. The Ursula Cupcake has made her grand entrance at the Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music.

The chocolate cupcake is topped with rich purple vanilla buttercream, and the tentacles are made of fondant (ours had 4 rather than the octopus-y standard 8!). It’s garnished with a drop of light gray buttercream representin’ Ursula’s stylish ‘do, and a yellow white chocolate shell, just like the one on Ursula’s neck!

Don’t be discouraged by the spooky exterior, this cupcake was deceivingly simple on the inside, for all you purists out there. The cupcake was perfectly moist, and we found the vanilla buttercream to bring just the right level of sweetness.

We passed on eating all of our fondant tentacles — they’re pretty, not so much tasty. But the shell was a sweet bite we enjoyed!
