Remember that Power Stone Churro that snapped back into existence over in Hollywood Land at Disney California Adventure a couple weeks ago? Well, another one Avengers-themed churro has popped into action today: the Reality Stone Churro.

Both of these treats were part of the Disneyland After Dark: Heroes Assemble event in April, so we’re glad they’re back in action! Much like the Power Stone Churro, the Reality Stone Churro didn’t rock our socks off. It’s coated in cherry flavored sugar, icing, and red rock candy.

Though we LOVE the look of this churro, we didn’t love the taste or texture. For starters, the rock candy was, well, ROCK HARD to eat.

Aside from the painful-to-chew rock candy, the churro’s flavor wasn’t overly sweet. Unfortunately the cherry flavor really didn’t pop. And to top off the flavor fail, this churro is also a super messy one to eat. Like red lips, red teeth, red hands messy. So even though this Avengers treat looks as if it could wield all of the power in the galaxy, it’s really a total let down.

If you’ve just gotta try the Reality Stone Churro, it can be found at the Churro Cart in Hollywood Land for $5.75 before tax. But if you’re on a mission for a good churro, we suggest checking out the new S’mores churro instead.
