New Concept Art Revealed for Marvel Lands and Experiences at Disney Parks Around the World

Disney is revealing new ways we can join our favorite Super Heroes at Disney Parks around the globe, along with new concept art for upcoming Marvel attractions and experiences!

Scot Drake, Creative Executive for Walt Disney Imagineering’s Global Marvel Portfolio, shares how partners across Studios and Entertainment “are expanding this epic story universe in a way that, for the first time ever, will allow you to take on an active role alongside these Super Heroes.”

The interconnected stories are, in some cases, already weaving together.

“Today, to better defend the planet, the Avengers are setting up new Headquarters and technology sharing exchanges around the globe to empower and inspire all potential recruits willing to step up and become heroes.”

In Disney California Adventure at Disneyland Resort, guests are already assisting the Guardians in their escape from the Collector’s Fortress in Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: BREAKOUT! But still to come in both Disney California Adventure park and Disneyland Paris are new experiences with the heroes “from the mystic arts of Doctor Strange to the gravity-defying feats of Spider-Man. Guests will also experience the latest in Pym Technology with Ant-Man and Wasp and be wowed as Iron Man, Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Captain America and more leap into action on a moment’s notice.”

“In California and Paris, Tony Stark is retrofitting two of his father’s Stark Industries sites into new hubs for training and innovation.”

In Hong Kong Disneyland, guests are already “battling the forces of Hydra in the Iron Man Experience.” And beginning in March 2019, Ant Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle! will give guests the opportunity to team up with Ant-Man and Wasp against Arnim Zola and his army of Hydra Swarm-bots.
