Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is set to reopen VERY soon after a lengthy refurbishment!

During construction, the main entrance, Monorail station, and rooms were completely revamped and rethemed to be centered around Disney’s Moana. Although these are some major changes, we noticed a smaller change that you’ll want to be aware of if you’re snacking around the resort!
So many of our favorite snack spots, restaurants, and hotels are reopening at Disney World!

And we’re especially excited about the reopening of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in just a few days! In the meantime, we’ve been enjoying the newly-reopened ‘Ohana there. But today, we noticed a snack spot at the resort had also reopened!
In case you didn’t hear, Disney’s Polynesian Resort is going through some HUGE changes this year! The entire front of the resort is being overhauled, rooms are being rethemed to Moana, it seems like everything is changing!

With so many big changes coming to the Polynesian and the reopening date just around the corner, it isn’t surprising that one of the bigger projects at the resort still needs a little bit more time before it’s ready!

Over at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, we stumbled upon a NEW Independence Day treat and you have to see how fun it is!
We’re not going to lie — we are OBSESSED with Minnie Ears ’round these parts.

And Disney knows we’re not the only ones — because why else would they release SO MANY? And ears come in so many different varieties that it’s easy to find a pair to represent everything we love about Disney! But did you know you could also match your ears to your Disney World resort?

Recently, the Bacon of DOOM dish (a.k.a. EPIC chocolate-covered bacon) returned to Disney Springs. Earlier this month, we also got to try the limited time bacon & bourbon spiked shake in Disney’s Art of Animation Resort (it’ll be there through this month so act fast).
