If you’ve ever dreamed of a Disney wedding, there are a lot of ways to plan one. You can have a wedding at Disney World, complete with photos in front of Cinderella Castle, or you can get married on Disney Cruise Line on the ship or at Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island.

Disneyland offers a special dining experience that you CAN’T get at any other Disney Park!

Truly a blue bayou!

It’s tough to find a more notable bucket list Disneyland restaurant than the Blue Bayou Restaurant! This atmospheric dining experience in New Orleans Square sits within the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction near the bayou and boarding area of the ride. This historic and gorgeous restaurant opened in 1967  and now serves as inspiration for many other atmospheric dining experiences that you can find at Disney Parks worldwide. While this iconic restaurant is more divisive these days when it comes to quality and service, one of our most recent reviews tried to settle the debate of whether or not a visit is still worth your time.

For decades now, variants of the Monte Cristo sandwich have been an iconic staple of Disneyland’s food offerings. In my 7 years of covering Disney theme parks, it’s often been one of the first food offerings mentioned to me about the park, along with churros, beignets, and DOLE Whip. Over the years, the sandwich has come and gone from certain menus at the park, but recently, we were overjoyed to find it back as a quick service option.

Over in Disneyland, there are lots of delicious dining options to try, even at quick-service restaurants (although some people think the only good dishes require dining reservations, that’s not the case!). In fact, one of our favorite entrees in the park is FINALLY now available at a quick-service location, and we couldn’t be happier.

Disney Announces NEW Fantasmic! Dining Package!

Fantasmic! finally made its triumphant return to Disneyland’s Rivers of America earlier this year!

After an extended closure and refurbishment, Fantasmic! returned with an updated show after a fire caused damage. The new version of the show no longer has the Maleficent dragon, but the fan-favorite Peter Pan scene returned to the Sailing Ship Columbia! If you are looking to see this show in a reserved area, then listen up because a new Fantasmic! dining package will debut next year!

Disney Just Dropped 4 Major CHANGES in Disneyland

BIG changes are happening in Disneyland. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is opening soon and is now going through its early previews.

Construction on the new Haunted Mansion queue and gift shop is still underway. Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree recently opened in what will soon be Bayou Country (goodbye, Critter Country). A new Coco ride and Avatar land is on the way. However, we just took a walk through Disneyland Resort and we noticed some recent changes that we’re excited about!
