A collision at one of the nation’s busiest airports is being investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board, according to The New York Times.
On Wednesday, October 1st, two Delta Airlines jets collided at New York’s LaGuardia Airport. The “low-speed” collision, which occurred on one of the airport’s taxiways, saw the wing of one aircraft slam into the other’s cockpit window, sending one person to the hospital. According to the airline, the two CRJ-900 regional jets involved were being operated by regional carrier Endeavor Air at the time.
