Kynren: The Storied Lands – an expansion of the original Kynren attraction, which opened in 2016 – is opening next month on July 18th!
While we normally visit Disney World and Universal Orlando, there are hundreds of theme parks all around the world that have dedicated fans who go back again and again. Many times, the only reason we’re not there is due to the sheer distance between us, because otherwise? We’d be going ALL the time.

That’s very much the case with a certain time-traveling theme park over in England, especially because they’ve just announced the opening date of their massive expansion. If you’re close to the area or plan on traveling over, here’s when the highly anticipated Kynren expansion is set to open!

The summer of 2026 will see the opening of Kynren: The Storied Lands. An expansion of the original Kynren attraction – which opened in 2016 – the will “use live-action shows to educate visitors about Britain’s history and myths.”
The United Kingdom is getting a brand-new theme park experience, and it’s going to be absolutely massive.

If you’re a fan of history, live performances, and immersive storytelling, you’re going to want to hear about this one. A company that’s been wowing audiences with their nighttime spectacular for years just announced they’re building an entirely new daytime park on the same property. We’re talking time travel through England’s most iconic periods, and it’s set to open next summer!
Fans of Arthurian legends, hold on to your horses (literally) because an epic new offering is coming to the United Kingdom in 2026!

Unlike the United States, which has many different theme parks peppered all over the country, the United Kingdom isn’t known for having as many — they certainly still have some hot spots though, such as Alton Towers, LEGOLAND Windsor, and Thorpe Park, just to name a few.
