Happy Birthday, it’s a small world! The ride’s debut in Disneyland was almost 60 years ago, so we have to celebrate.

When the ride opened in the park on May 28th, 1966, we like to think the world got a little brighter. From the classic song to the iconic characters, we love everything about the “happiest cruise that ever sailed round the world”. Let’s check out this new collection together!
Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary celebrations are beginning, and while we’re so thrilled to experience every single part of it, there’s one in particular we’ve been really looking forward to.

Originally, “it’s a small world” in the park was set to reopen on April 25th with these new changes, but it was pushed back to today, May 9th, but now it’s finally here — some of our favorite Coco characters are now part of the attraction!
We’re getting ready to kick off the Disney 100th Anniversary celebrations, and we couldn’t be more pumped!

The Walt Disney Company turns 100 this year, and Disneyland Resort will be hosting a bunch of special celebrations in honor of the occasion. We already know about the new nighttime shows Wondrous Journeys and World of Color — ONE, but now there’s another nighttime offering you can check out soon!
If you’re visiting Disneyland this week and were looking forward to everyone’s favorite earworm, ahem, LOVELY TUNE, to get stuck in your head, you may be out of luck.
