From January 23rd through February 22nd, 2026, Disney California Adventure will ring in the Year of the Horse with additional cuisine and entertainment offerings (including special Disney Character sightings) and more! Disney just released the FULL MENUS for this exciting event, and our mouths are already watering!

We’ve been waiting on the edges of our seats to try these eats and drinks ever since the full menus were released, and we’ve also seen some of the festival booths already popping up around the park. And now, we’re even more excited because Disney just revealed that two new characters will be making their park debut at this festival!

2024 is the Year of the Dragon, the park will mark its arrival with the annual Lunar New Year celebration, which takes place from January 23rd through February 18th this year.
