This summer hasn’t brought us any overly dramatic weather so far at Disney World, other than rain, until Hurricane Erin started to form and make its way. Let’s take a look at the latest news!
Rise and shine!
We’re ranking the BEST BREAKFASTS IN DISNEY WORLD, today on DFB Guide!
Disney Cruise Line fans, we have some big news for you!

Disney Cruise Line
If you’re big planners like we are, we finally have the sail dates for Fall 2026 AND Spring 2027 for the cruise line! With new ships joining the fleet soon and one of the classic ships getting some TLC, we can’t wait to start planning our next vacation ASAP.
These days, we’re seeing construction all OVER Disney World.
Many Disney World hotels are getting updates and changes, and that makes planning your visit for an overnight stay a little bit complicated. Currently, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Resort are some of the resorts on the refurbishment list, and their construction projects just got extended!
Let us do you a favor — just AVOID these Disney World hotels in 2026.
If you’re already planning your 2026 Disney World vacation, you’re likely trying to decide where you want to stay. And when that’s up for debate, there are some important factors to consider that could make a hotel stay not-so-magical…like major construction projects!
While no one wants to cancel a Walt Disney World trip, unfortunately, sometimes life gets in the way and forces a change of plans.
If you ever find yourself in that situation, there are some rules you NEED to know, including a new change that caught me – who’s been visiting Disney theme parks for over 30 years – off guard.
In case you missed it, Disney Adults: Exploring (and Falling in Love with) a Magical Subculture, a book by DFB’s very own AJ Wolfe, is available NOW!
To celebrate, we’ve partnered with a select group of restaurants in Disney Springs and EPCOT to bring you seven EXCLUSIVE Disney Adults drinks as part of the Disney Adults Crawl. So if you’re looking to get your hands on these drinks, you’ll want to keep reading because we’re giving you ALL THE DEETS.
When it comes to dining in Disney World, we have been covering every snack and sip for over 15 years!

A new special!
One of our favorite spots to go for the best Disney food is Disney Springs, the resort’s shopping and dining district! In Disney Springs, you’ll find a bit of everything from fancy table services to easy quick services and even walk-up stands. For us, one of our tried and true spots is The Polite Pig, and we just stopped by to test out their brand-new special!
We’ve eaten at some incredible lounges at Disney World, but maybe none more memorable than one with arguably the best sunset views on property. We’re trying out an old favorite once again that seems to stand the test of time!
We recently stopped by Tambu Lounge at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to see what was cookin’, and now we’re bringing you our FULL review. Is it worth a stop on your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth? Find out here!
Have ever done something in Disney World that made you question your life choices? Maybe you convinced yourself that Tower of Terror isn’t THAT bad when you’re terrified of drop rides, but you forced yourself to ride it anyway. Maybe you thought, “Hey, why not?” and jumped on Mission SPACE: Orange, only to discover that you aren’t an astronaut and shouldn’t be on a ride that uses the same device that astronauts train on before going into space (no, really).
Or maybe you decided to grab a certain beverage in EPCOT (and some of you know where we’re going with this), although you know it’s pretty awful. Okay, well, we did that last thing …but worse. We paid for it.
