It’s spooky season at Disney World, and you know what that means!
Halloween is here!!!
That means we’re shopping for the most fun Halloween merchandise at Disney World, while also trying out all the amazing Halloween snacks and drinks. And we’ve got a MONSTER of a drink to share with you today!
We LOVE this time of year — the time when all the fall and Halloween food and drinks come out and make us think of cool days, colorful leaves, and everything we pretty much don’t get here in Florida, at least in early September.
Block and Hans
We’ve already dived into so many goodies, including a spicy (!!!) cupcake, a fun push pop with LOADS of icing, a boozy colorful flight of drinks, and a Haunted Mansion cake! Although we love all the new treats we’ve had a chance to check out, we’re also excited to see some returning faves!
We know planning for a Disney World vacation can raise a LOT of questions!

We have been to EPCOT’s La Cava del Tequila at the Mexico Pavilion many, many, many times! It’s one of our favorite places to grab a drink.

And we’ve enjoyed some REALLY unique beverages there, including a Tomato Margarita, the infamous Avocado Margarita, the SPICY El Diablo, and more! But today, La Cava del Tequila is serving up something a little different — because it’s the bar’s 12th anniversary!
EPCOT is home to tons of delicious treats from around the world!
Mexico Pavilion
Walking around the World Showcase, you can get gelato from Italy, caramels from Germany, pistachio cake from Morocco, and funnel cake from America! Now, there’s a new treat coming to EPCOT soon, and it has us very intrigued!
Dining and snacking in Disney World is almost as fun as the rides themselves! But just like the attractions, when it comes to restaurants, there are rules, guidelines, and even tricks and hacks to get the BEST experience.
Cinderella’s Royal Table
Some rules and tips for Disney World restaurants are obvious (e.g. make reservations waaaaay in advance for Cinderella’s Royal Table!), but we’ve got LOTS of other insider secrets to help you level up your next Disney dining experience!

La Cava del Tequila
There are TONS of awesome places in EPCOT to snag snacks and drinks. And even with some impressive competition, La Cava del Tequila still stands out as one of our favorites. If you’re looking for some yummy small bites or an incredible margarita, this cozy bar is definitely worth a stop!
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has officially reopened! And one of the most popular bars at Disney World, Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto, has reopened with it.

But getting into Trader Sam’s can be a little difficult. When we first visited upon reopening, we had to sign up to get into a virtual line, and we’ve even seen the virtual queue fill up fast.
Drinking around the world in EPCOT is how many guests spend their day at the park.
We’re off to a great start!
Mexico is known for its fun margaritas, Japan its delicious sake, and the U.K. has all those crazy combinations of beer and liquor you can try! And while those drinks are all great, wine is a HUGE part of many of the countries around the World Showcase, and it can sometimes be overlooked. Even though EPCOT does have the Food and Wine Festival each Fall, we sometimes think people don’t know about ALL the places in the park where you can find great wine!
