What a week we’ve had at Disney World.
Spring Break is about to descend upon the parks, and we’re getting ready to start eating a ton of St. Patrick’s Day AND Easter snacks, while still enjoying the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival food booths. In the meantime, we’ve got some changes to report at Disney World restaurants.

Resort hopping is one of our favorite things to do at Disney, and splurging at the resort shops, eating at the themed restaurants, and simply looking at all the resort decor makes a good day even better!
Sometimes, some really great merchandise and snack options are hiding in the resort shops rather than in the parks. We went to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, and then later took the Skyliner to some other resorts on property, and we found some great items including several exclusive things for DVC members! Plus, we even got to see some construction!

24 Disney World Restaurants Had Menu Changes in January
Well, the first month of 2023 is behind us already and we’re getting ready for Valentine’s Day (and Valentine’s Day treats!).
This month, we finally got an opening date for Roundup Rodeo BBQ, as well as the full menu, and a few other details. But we also got some updates for Disney World’s existing restaurants — so here are how those menus changed in January.
