It’s been a hot minute since we last dined at Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs!

When it comes to celebrating all things spring and Easter, Disneyland Resort has a few ways to celebrate!
White Rabbit Easter Egg
Not only does Disney release those AMAZING chocolate Easter eggs (NOM!), but Disneyland also hosts an Eggstravaganza. This is a scavenger hunt that invites guests to find character-themed Easter Eggs in the theme parks and Downtown Disney. And it’s SO much fun!
Disney is constantly changing, especially with all the new health and safety regulations in place right now.
Frozen Ever After
On top of this, things happen. For example, rides go down, animatronics go wonky, ducks turn into plants — we’ve seen it all. And today, we noticed that a big piece of the fan-favorite attraction Frozen Ever After was missing.
We’ve been excited about the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind ride since it was first announced!

Let’s just say we’re ready to ROCK the galaxy (because that’s what the construction walls around it say). We’ve been following the construction and LOVED the sneak peek at the ride vehicles! While we don’t have an official opening date for this ride yet, progress and construction are visibly moving forward.

Brunch is the best meal of the day…
You know we love a good brunch option in Disney World. And Homecomin’ has just updated their hours, meaning we have even more time to brunch it up at this spot!
If we have the opportunity to add plastic cheese to something, well, you know we’re going to do it!

We try to get our hands on it whenever we can — we love dipping our Mickey pretzels in it, as well as our corn dog nuggets!
Although Disneyland is discontinuing its Annual Passholder program, those who had active passes since March 14th, 2020 have been renamed Legacy Passholders.

As such, Disney has offered Legacy Passholders several discounts, along with a few other perks, including some special opportunities at the upcoming A Touch of Disney event at Disney California Adventure.
Every time we turn around, Disney is releasing a brand new pair of Minnie Ears!
ALLLLLL the ears…
Most recently, we’ve seen EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival Orange Bird ears (ORANGE BIRD!), Disney California Adventure ears, and Balloon ears! And more are coming every single day! We can’t keep up — but we certainly try! We just found a NEW pair of Loungefly Minnie Ears that literally has icons of all our favorite things on them.
We’ve really been enjoying the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival this year!

We’ve loved seeing all the topiaries and gardens, as well as sampling all the incredible food the festival has to offer. We’ve even checked out a lot of the activities and entertainment!
Well, here we are, at Magic Kingdom!

And it was a beautiful day to just take in the sights (like does Cinderella Castle EVER get old?), see what kind of new merch we could find, and eat a few of our favorite snacks! So let’s see what’s new?
