CONFIRMED: A Popular Disneyland Ride Will Close in January

It’s not always fun to get to Disneyland only to discover your favorite ride is closed for refurbishment. However, the good news is that we usually have a little advance notice when that happens. It isn’t often enough of a notice to reschedule our trips, but at least it prepares us for the disappointment, right?

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Disneyland

The early months of the year are usually PRIME time for ride refurbishments in Disneyland. So if you’re visiting then, you’ll want to be aware of which rides are closed. If you’re planning on visiting the park during that time, particularly Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, you’ll want to know about this ride closure: Rise of the Resistance will be closed as of January 20th.

Disney Just Dropped Some BIG News About Its Golf Courses

We know we don’t talk about it a lot, but a lot of people come to Disney World not just for the theme parks and great food (which is basically our reasons for visiting), but for something else: golf.

Disney World’s three championship golf courses  and nine-hole walking layout bring tons of people to the resort so they can get their golf in Disney fashion for an experience that might be just a bit more magical than other golf courses around the world. Well, Disney was recently recognized for its golf courses because the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) has chosen Disney World Golf as its 2026 Resort Golf Course of the Year.

This Is Why You Should Never Store Your Valuables In Your Car At Disney World

Are you planning on visiting Disney World soon? Will you be driving to the resort or renting a car from the airport to drive to Disney World?

You’ll also need to make sure that you know where to park at Disney World hotels and resorts (fortunately, there’s plenty of signage to help you find parking). Mushroom Fries Are A Thing in Disney World…And We Tried Them Against Our Better Judgment

Or you can opt for Mr. Kamal’s seasoned fries in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, which we would literally eat every day if we could.

FIRST Look at NEW Disneyland 70th Anniversary Souvenirs

Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary Celebration began on May 16th, 2025, and will run through August 6th, 2026. Since the celebration kicked off, we’ve enjoyed all the 70th anniversary decor in the parks, the 70th anniversary cavalcade, and 70th anniversary activities. It’s been SO much fun.

Now, you have three choices for a stay at Disneyland, including the Disneyland Hotel with its fun fireworks light-up bed headboards. There’s also Disney’s Grand Californian, which makes you feel like you’re staying in a California lodge.
