Now that Fall is here, we’re ready to have a BIG glass of spiced wine as we binge-watch the Halloweentown series on Disney+ (with pumpkin spice snacks, of course).
We Found TWO New Pairs of Ears!
As the leaves will be changing colors soon, so will all the color trends that Minnie Ears are fashioning around Disney World! We may have already picked up both the Yellow Velvet Minnie Ears and Orange Corduroy and Plaid Minnie Ears to pair with our outfits…
If you thought the Crocs trend had been a little TOO quiet in Disney World for a short bit of time, they’re baaaack (and better than ever, baby)!
Mickey Mouse Halloween Crocs
Just in time for the best time of the year, Halloween Snack Crocs and Haunted Mansion Wallpaper Crocs have been FLYING off the shelves and online. Obviously, there’s some kind of strange sorcery going on considering that these are the hit Halloween merchandise of the season. But, we’re taking a break from all things spooky and picking up where we left off with Star Wars today instead!
EPCOT has been full of fun surprises recently with so many goodies for the Food and Wine Festival!
Japan Pavilion
While we’ve been back in the Japan Pavilion to have Frothy Ramen and pick up some fabulous silk face masks (and even a few very strange skincare masks), you might be subbing out your regular ole’ Halloween candy for these new goodies in EPCOT!
Although we’ve loved running around to our favorite rides and restaurants in the parks, we totally miss relaxing on the PeopleMover (which happens to be one of the best ways to beat the heat, in our opinion!).
Peoplemover Closed
As one of Magic Kingdom’s oldest and most popular attractions, PeopleMover takes guests on a ride around Tomorrowland to look inside the attractions and other parts of the park. However, since Disney World closed back in March, we haven’t seen the attraction open again in Tomorrowland (even during the re-opening back in July).
Labor Day Weekend has been a pretty telling time in Disney World since it’s the first official holiday back in the parks!

While Disney Park Pass availability sold out for Saturday and Sunday this weekend, the parks have looked a little more normal than we expected them to be. However, Disney has already started putting spooky entertainment, treats, and merchandise in place for the Halloween season that guests from all realms are going to want to see.

Downtown Disney!
California is hitting triple digit temperatures with the sun shining bright for Labor Day Weekend (make sure to pack oodles of sunscreen and WATER, Cali friends). If a weekend trip to Downtown Disney was part of your plans for the holiday weekend, you’ll want this heads up!
Since Disney World’s reopening, Labor Day is the first holiday being celebrated in the parks (even though Halloween entertainment, treats, and more have started to pop up!).

Disney Park Pass availability for Labor Day Weekend kept seeing some changes with Saturday and Sunday of this weekend being listed as sold out across the board for ALL guests (note right now VERY limited Passes look like they’re available!). We HAD to take a look at what the first holiday weekend was like back in Disney World!

However, we’re not the only ones reminiscing about the good ole’ days back in the parks! Disney has been bringing back retro Mickey shirts, hats, and even Star Wars apparel. As we were heading around Downtown Disney today, though, we were thrown for a major loop when we found a huge throwback to a 1980s EPCOT (wait, what??).
