The 2022 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival was full of food, entertainment, and more! The festival ran from March 4th through April 26th, 2022.

It’s the 2022 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival!

We tried the delicious eats, like Avocado Toast, Snack Molecules and the Raspberry Spiral Ration in Avengers Campus, and even Peanut Butter Macaroni and Cheese (what?). But, this festival had a lot more to offer than just food — so here is ALL of the merchandise we found at this year’s Food and Wine Festival!

NEW Food Coming to Disney World for Pixar’s Turning Red!

There are a bunch of exciting Disney movies coming out this year — Marvel’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Pixar’s Lightyear, HOCUS POCUS 2, and so many more!

The next movie to be released is Pixar’s Turning Red! It will be exclusively on Disney+ on March 11th. We’ve already seen some fun things happening for the film, like an airline in Canada wrapping a plane with the characters and a photo op in Disney Springs. And now some NEW experiences and food items are coming to Disney World to celebrate the film’s release!

NEWS: Disney World Counties See a CHANGE in COVID-19 Risk Category

The global pandemic has had a big impact on the state of Florida.

Florida was repeatedly breaking records for its case numbers at the end of 2021 and early this year due to the Omicron variant. Mask and other health and safety requirements were in place at places like Disney World for a long time, and were just recently removed in most spaces. And now, the level of community transmission has changed in the counties where Disney World is located.

NEWS: Ads are Coming to Disney+ Later this Year

Disney+ hasn’t had ads on its service since launching in 2019, but that is about to change.

The streaming service has released a lot of new, original content since in launched over 2 years ago. We’ve seen Marvel shows like WandaVision and Loki, expansions into the Star Wars universe with The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, and even some revivals of millennial Disney classics with High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. All of this content has been available to subscribers of Disney+ without ads, but it looks like that will be changing soon.

We caught a one-day-only cavalcade in Disney World today that’s marking a BIG milestone!

This weekend (from March 3rd through March 6th) the Disney Dreamers Academy is taking place at Disney World. It’s a program that focuses on supporting students from around the country, particularly Black students and teens from underrepresented communities, by creating opportunities for them and helping them develop their future careers. This year, the academy is celebrating a big milestone, and we saw the festivities happening today in Magic Kingdom!
