Are you a fan of making your house smell like Disney World?
You know we are! We love making it feel like we’ve brought the parks home with us. That’s why we’re so excited for this specific Black Friday Sale at Bath and Body Works!
December is a beautiful month to visit Disney World.
The parks are decorated and full of Christmas cheer. You can eat festive holiday foods, see Mickey and Minnie in their holiday outfits, and sing carols down Main Street, U.S.A. It’s the most magical time of the year in the Most Magical Place on Earth. So if you’re planning a trip to Disney World this December, here are a few things to watch out for.
The mammals of Zootopia will soon be welcoming you to the city!
The movie Zootopia follows Officer Judy Hopps on a fast-paced adventure with Nick Wilde through the city of Zootopia. Soon, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in this city and take on your own adventures. Now, Disney just released three new details on what we can expect in this new Shanghai Disney Resort land.
Disney adults might be some of the biggest supporters and influencers of Disney.
We Disney lovers have lifelong memories of fun and magic in the parks. We grew up watching the golden age of Disney animation and enjoying things like FREE late-night events. It was a glorious childhood. And now we have houses filled with our favorite Disney memorabilia and we can’t help but buy more (because it is all SO cute!). As Disney adults, we’re some of the easiest people to buy gifts for. If it has anything to do with Disney, we’ll probably love it.
The new year is almost here and with that are coming some BIG changes in Disney World.
Starting in January, Disney is updating the way you plan your trip to the parks. These changes will include returning to normal park hopping and getting rid of most park reservations (for date-based tickets). We’ve recently noticed another change that will affect you if you plan to go to Disney World on January 29th, 2024.
The Disney World gingerbread displays have been getting built over the last several weeks!
Disney’s Grand Floridian, Beach Club, Yacht Club, Contemporary, and BoardWalk Inn have all had their gingerbread sculptures completed and open for business! You know we have to try the snacks all over Disney World so of course when we stopped by to visit the gingerbread BoardWalk Deli, we grabbed a couple of sweet treats.
Lots of discussion has been circulating for the past couple of years about Disney losing the rights to Mickey Mouse.
Mickey Mouse started off as Steamboat Willie when he became the first Disney character in 1928. This put him on the path of being the face of Disney for the rest of history. We all love the adorable mouse and the many changes he’s gotten since his debut. In 2024, the copyright to ‘Steamboat Willie’ will be ending, but there’s another character that nobody is talking about whose copyright is also coming to an end.
We’re in Magic Kingdom today and have noticed the very large crowds!
Today is a sold-out day in Magic Kingdom and we’re noticing lots and lots of people! This is causing long lines and sold-out Individual Lightning Lanes. Now, we’ve noticed another service has sold out.
Thanksgiving week is officially here.
Usually around the holidays, we see higher crowds in the parks and this year is turning out to be no different! With more people comes high wait times. But it might also affect the way that you get those Lightning Lane passes.
It’s time to open up the gates!
Today, November 20th, 2023, marks the official opening day of World of Frozen in Hong Kong Disneyland! Let’s see what this new land means to the Disney theme parks.
