Celebrity chef, Michael Mina, leads a brand-new restaurant called Bourbon Steak at Disney World’s Dolphin and Swan Resort! We’re so excited for this new dining spot, and it’s mouth-watering, perfectly seared steaks, shareable sides, and more. It was set to open on July 26th, but they surprised us with a soft opening on the 24th!

Muppets Courtyard closed down this year to begin construction on the new Monsters Inc. themed land, Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster will eventually get a Muppets re-theme, and the most recent news involved the closing and changing of Animation Courtyard. As exciting as we are about what’s coming, we noticed an iconic piece was gone!
