Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway in Disneyland
Celebrities love to visit the Disney Parks just like us, and with Disneyland being located not too far from Hollywood, spotting celebs at the California theme park resort is a common occurrence. In fact, one of the biggest movie stars today was recently spotted having a blast with a classic character at “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
We think shelling out some extra cash for Lightning Lanes is worth it, but it’s soooo much sweeter when you get to save a few extra bucks!
Haunted Mansion Lightning Lane
Lightning Lanes allow Disney World guests to skip the long standby lines, but, in most cases, you’ll only be able to access them via a paid ticket add-on. Right now, Disney World offers Lightning Lane Multi Pass, Lightning Lane Single Pass, and Lightning Lane Premier Pass for guests, and it looks like prices will be dropping for all three in September!
Don’t worry, you’re not the only one breaking this rule.

Sailing with the Disney Cruise Line and other cruise lines can be tons of fun, but these kinds of vacations don’t come without a specific set of rules. We get it, going on an ocean voyage doesn’t come without an inherent set of risks, creating the need for some very strict rules and regulations. You’re quite literally in a floating vessel in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by an environment we’re still very much learning about. The Beak and Barrel is a NEW Pirates of the Caribbean-themed OPENING TODAY, August 29th, 2025, in Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is getting a MAJOR makeover with Pueblo Esperanza — a Tropical Americas-themed land. However, before the new land fully takes shape, the park will need to say goodbye to DinoLand U.S.A.
Dinosaur
The removal of DinoLand sadly also means the end of the DINOSAUR attraction, which will ultimately give way to a brand-new Indiana Jones ride similar in ride mechanics to DINOSAUR and Disneyland’s Indiana Jones Adventure, but with an original story. DINOSAUR is set to close permanently sometime in 2026, and when it does, its absence will create an unavoidable problem.
It’s about to be the BEST — and WORST — time to visit Disney World.
EPCOT
Does Disney World actually ever take a break? Apparently not! Fresh off the return of the super-popular Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom, August in Disney World isn’t getting any quieter, as THREE huge events are still scheduled to take place, and will no doubt keep the parks PACKED.

In 2024, it was announced that a new Avatar experience would be coming to Disney California Adventure at some point over the next few years. Thematically different from Pandora — The World of AVATAR located in Disney World’s Animal Kingdom, this unique-to-Disneyland expansion will “bring Pandora to life in a brand-new way,” inspired primarily by Avatar: The Way of Water, Avatar: Fire and Ash and the following sequels. While the land specifics have been scarce, we have learned some fascinating tidbits over the past year-plus, and we’re sharing everything we know so far!
