If you’ve been to Disney World, then odds are you’ve been on a Disney bus before. This free bus system connects all four theme parks, Disney Springs, and every Disney hotel!
We were riding a Disney bus on Friday morning when we had the most magical experience!
We were riding a Disney bus on Friday morning, and once the safety spiel had ended, the bus driver started singing a remix of a classic Disney song. Remember “A Whole New World” from Aladdin? This song was every ’90s kid’s jam, and this new remix gives us all the laughs!
This remix of “A Whole New World” into “A Whole New Bus” made our long red light ten times more enjoyable! Luckily, we were able to film the whole thing to post it for our fans. We need “A Whole New Bus” added to Spotify ASAP!
This bus driver made our ride so much better. Traffic was pretty rough, and this fun song made our day! If you ever have a Disney Cast Member leave a positive impact on your day, did you know you can send them a good word in the My Disney Experience app?
You can give special, personalized recognition to Cast Members by entering their first name, hometown (or college), and date of interaction. Don’t worry, though; if you didn’t see the Cast Member’s name, you can still leave a compliment by describing the location! To leave a mobile Cast Compliment, visit the My Disney Experience app and search “Cast Compliment.” From there, you can enter the reason for your compliment, the location, name, hometown, and date of your interaction!
We had so much fun on this Disney World bus. Stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more Disney World updates!

I’m glad you had a fun time but, as a professional bus driver with a hard-earned and expensive cdl, drivers are supposed to be paying attention to driving, not entertaining passengers. Unlike class D drivers (cars, pickups) Class B cdl drivers have to continually earn their right to drive annually by taking and passing a road test, written test, physical with normal bp, eye and hearing test, physical performance test and two 3-hr refresher courses after passing an initial thirty hour course. Any problems found during the physical must then be seen by a physician and signed off with regular follow-up signed and submitted to their transportation manager. A clean mvr is also generally required. I don’t know any who would jeopardize their license or job by entertaining passengers and I have to wonder how Disney views this? Considering the traffic congestion found on wdw roads, I would prefer the driver watch what they’re doing! That said, I have found wdw bus drivers to always be helpful and cordial, even friendly. I don’t need to be entertained as I enjoy looking out the window to see parts of wdw I otherwise would miss. Stay safe! Have fun!
We had a tram driver at MK some years back who sang a version of “a whole new tram,” and it absolutely made our trip! We STILL sing a whole new tram. Some of the best magic is made by Cast Members, and we love using MDE to send compliments. We have had so many memorable moments thanks to Cast Members making magic.
You cannot mention this enough, PLEASE give CMs compliments as I am sure they do not come close to getting enough of them. Unfortunately So many people do not even know about this piece on Disney’s app, thanks for posting this:)
I once enjoyed a bus ride where the driver led a sing-along, and I’m happy to say that most of the passengers on the bus sang. It was so much fun!
Just to clarify the video, the bus was stopped the entire time the driver was singing. He wasn’t moving through traffic and singing at the same time, he was just sitting at a stop light/sign at the time.
