Why You Need To Dress Up In Disney World Next Week

It’s almost time to put on your best outfits and head to the Disney theme park! That’s right, Dapper Day is getting close.

If you’ve never heard of this unofficial Disney event, you’ve come to the right place. Grab your parasoles so we can talk about dates, details, and everything dapper.

Happy Dapper Day, everybody! Well, it’s more like Dapper Days. The event happens over the course of several days throughout the year in both Disney World and Disneyland. This is when guests dress up in vintage outfits, often inspired by Disney characters or films.

Dapper Day is an unofficial event organized by a third-party organization. This means Disney doesn’t officially host the event, so you won’t find any infromation about it on their social media or websites. That being said, they welcome the event with open arms! The well-dressed folks at dapperday.com organize this event each year. Even if you don’t dress up, this is such a fun day to be in the parks!

Dapper Day 2025

In Disney World, the Spring Outing to Walt Disney World is coming up VERY soon. They take place over a weekend. Dapper dressers will head to EPCOT on May 2nd. On May 3rd, Animal Kingdom will be the spot for Dapper Days.

If you won’t make it down for the Spring event, Dapper Days have already been confirmed for the end of the year as well! The Holiday Outing to Walt Disney World will be on December 5th in Magic Kingdom and December 6th in Hollywood Studios.

If you won’t be able to make it to the Disney World events, Disneyland also hosts some days! The Spring Dapper Days in Disneyland have already passed, but you can still check out the Holiday Outing to Disneyland. The Holiday Boutique will be at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel on November 21st and 22nd, 2026. The Holiday Outing to Disneyland will be on Sunday, November 22nd, 2026.

To participate in Dapper Days, all you need to do is put the dates on the calendar, have your park tickets ready (along with theme park reservations if you need them), and then get all dressed up! These days really are some of the best days of the year. They let fans show off their creativity, style, and more. We love any excuse to dress up, and these events certainly provide.
