It’s time for some fun in Disney Springs! Spring is here, and with that comes lots of things to celebrate.

School is almost out for the summer, Cool Kids Summer is kicking off in Disney World, and popular rides are about to reopen in Disney World. If you want to get in on the fun without a park ticket, we have just the spot for you to check out in Disney Springs!
There are a ton of amazing restaurants in Disney Springs that we rant and rave about. One of the most tried and true spots is Raglan Road Irish Pub!
Raglan Road
This table service spot offers amazing Irish dishes, live entertainment, drinks, and more. From May 1st until May 31st, there are several limited-time events coming to this popular spot! The longest event for World Whisky Day. This day is officially on May 16th, but the restaurant is celebrating all month long. The restaurant will be offering the Triple Your Pleasure Whisky Flight for $40. This flight includes:
- Killowen Rum & Raisin Cask – traditional Irish whiskey, a five-year malt aged in bourbon casks, then finished in dark rum and PX sherry casks.
- Dingle Single Malt – made with local Irish barley and influenced by Dingle’s coastal climate, matured in bourbon, oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximenez casks, blended using a solera system for a smooth, balanced flavor.
- Teelings BlackPitts – a modern, award-winning Irish whiskey triple distilled and matured in ex-bourbon and Sauternes wine casks, lightly peated for a bold but smooth, smoky flavor.

They are also offering special entrees for the month, like:
- Teeling Blackpitts Pork Ribs for $22 – Half rack of slow‑cooked pork ribs, brushed with a Teeling Blackpitts Irish whiskey glaze that brings a warm peat‑smoked sweetness, caramel depth, and a lingering whisper of charred oak.
- Dingle Whiskey Glazed Salmon Risotto $36 – Seared salmon brushed with a Dingle Single Malt whiskey glaze, offering bright honeyed notes, soft spice, and a clean coastal finish. Served over a rich, buttery risotto with sweet green peas, zucchini, lemon zest, and a touch of herb oil to balance the whiskey’s warmth.
- Sticky Toffee Pudding with Killowen Rum & Raisin Whiskey Sauce $15 – A classic Irish‑style sticky toffee pudding soaked in dark caramel and served with a warm, fruity Killowen Rum & Raisin Cask whiskey sauce layered with notes of molasses and toasted spice. Finished with a crisp whiskey snap biscuit for an added touch of sweetness and crunch.
Ger’s Bread Pudding
It’s not just about World Whisky Day, though! The restaurant is also celebrating Cinco de Mayo! From May 2nd through May 5th, you can find two special items:
- Pulled BBQ Pork Tacos for $22.50 – jalapeno salsa, pickled red onion and slaw, corn puree, and diced Granny apples on a potato taco
- Pale Lass specialty cocktail for $17 – Cazadores Reposado Tequila, Italicus liqueur, hibiscus water, lemon sour, and honey, topped with sparkling Fever Tree grapefruit soda
On May 5th, if you get the tacos and the cocktail, you can get both the tacos and the cocktail for $29.

The restaurant isn’t leaving the Moms out, though! On Mother’s Day (May 10th), every mother will receive a complimentary “Mom-mosa” and a chocolate bonbon when dinner is over. She deserves it! This is a one-day-only offer.
