We’ve got a brand new Food Booth to visit at the 2026 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. Welcome to Nectar Hosted by AdventHealth!
Should Nectar be a must-stop as you make your way around the Flower & Garden Festival Food Booths? Will Nectar be a contender for our Best of the Fest list? There’s only one way to find out… As we make our way around EPCOT to review every single Flower and Garden Festival Food Booth for you, we hope you’ll join us here at the all-new Nectar Outdoor Kitchen!
Menu
Seeing as Nectar is the Festival’s new booth addition this year, it’s only fitting that the menu is entirely new as well, featuring a Tuna Poke Bowl, a Poke Bowl, and a Coconut Panna Cotta.
Nectar also brings the debut of the Frozen Island Escape for its beverage offering. Okay, Nectar. Let’s dig in and see what you’re made of…
Eats
The Tuna Poke Bowl makes its debut for $8.79. It’s made with edamame, avocado, mango, pickled red onions, seaweed salad, furikake, and umami sauce, all served on a bed of sticky rice. Let’s talk about the elements of this dish. The sushi rice is nice and sticky with wonderful flavor. The tuna was high-quality. The pickled veggies added a touch of tang, as well as crunch. The seaweed salad adds a nice brininess, while the mango brightens up everything. This is a high-quality poke bowl, y’all. We think it might be our new favorite lunch at EPCOT!
You may also opt for the Poke Bowl, which is comprised of all the same ingredients… sans Tuna, of course. This plant-based item costs $6.29 and is eligible as an item for those participating in the Festival’s Garden Graze! Now, either of these bowls is a great choice, and you get such a good portion size that it could be a meal. The ingredients in the bowl are so fresh, and there’s a lovely mix of textures. This bowl is just as good without the tuna as it is with, so it’s one of the more solid plant-based dishes in EPCOT right now.
The Coconut Panna Cotta provides a bite of something sweet for $5.79. It’s also a Garden Graze-eligible item. The Panna Cotta is made with a cherry gelée and matcha crumb, and topped with a citrus cookie, plant-based meringue, and flower confetti. We were SHOCKED at how good this panna cotta is. First, we would like to note that it’s coconut-based, but it doesn’t taste like coconut. In fact, it tasted very lemony. Our only complaint, though, is that the texture wasn’t QUITE right, at least for a proper panna cotta.
We also couldn’t taste much of the raspberry, but the matcha on top added a little flavor, although very little. If you don’t like matcha, don’t worry…it’s not enough to change your opinion of this dessert. The texture of the cookie was also a little off, and it didn’t have that buttery flavor shortbread is known for, but we won’t hold that against this dessert. It’s beautiful, unique, and tasty.
Drinks
There’s only one drink on the menu at Nectar: the Frozen Island Escape for $4.79. This non-alcoholic drink is made with Minute Maid Peach and Mango Smoothie, with an Outshine Frozen Mini Fruit Pop serving as the garnish! First, kids (and well, adults like us) are going to love the whole “drink with a fruit pop” thing. It has a great blend of peach and mango flavors, but it’s nothing special that you might not be able to buy in a carton at the grocery store.
However, the popsicle is what makes it fun enough to get, especially for kids…and those who are kids at heart.
OVERALL
Overall, this could be one of our top picks for favorite booths this year, if only for the Poke Bowls, which would make for a great lunch, even by themselves. We also think kids will beg for the Frozen Island Escape, and the flavors are familiar enough that they’ll actually like it. Trust us…you don’t want to skip this booth if you’re visiting the festival.
