Welcome to the 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, where we’re eating our weight in small plates!

Primavera Kitchen Booth
Okay, that might be a bit of an exaggeration, but it feels like the truth on the first day of any EPCOT festival. We’re heading around the park, snacking and drinking at all the food booths, checking out the new festival merchandise, and watching the exclusive entertainment. But the next stop on our list? Primavera Kitchen in the Italy Pavilion.
Menu
What’s on the menu here? Well, we’ve got a nice treat, with not one, not two, but THREE new food items in 2026. We can’t wait to try them out!

Primavera Kitchen Menu
In terms of beverages, many like the Prosecco and Moscato are returning; however, there are two new things to drink this year — Sauvignon Blanc and the Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail. Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
We’re starting out with the Insalata di Pasta for $7.50. It’s made with penne, apple, raisins, scallions, almonds, honey, and lemon dressing, all served chilled, and it’s new on the menu.

Insalata di Pasta
This is essentially a pasta salad, and we were surprised by it. The salad was lightly dressed, and you got a great crunch from the slivered almonds. The dish itself was light and tasty, and it surprised us considering it came from the Italy kitchen, which isn’t always our favorite at the festivals. We would 100% order this again!
Up next is the Arancini, a risotto with beef ragoût, peas, parmesan, and tomato sauce for $7.75.

Arancini
These were, in a word, mushy. There was no seasoning, and it had a little bit of an unpleasant texture. We will say, they were fried fine, but the texture just wasn’t there for us. The cheese and sauce didn’t add much flavor. It wasn’t terrible; we just think the festival has better offerings.
For dessert, we snagged the new Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake for $5.50. It’s a cheesecake with ricotta cheese, raspberries, and sweet whipped cream.

Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
This cheesecake could be the booth’s redemption, because it was really good. The cheesecake was as light as air and full of raspberry. There was just enough cream cheese to make it tart, and the crust was a great crunch and hardness. We would definitely get this again, and we can confidently say this was our favorite thing from the booth this year.
Now, on to the drinks!
Drinks
Several of the drinks on the menu here have been available at the Italy booth for past festivals throughout the year. The Peroni Pilsner is available in a 6-oz pour for $6.50 or a 12-oz pour for $12.00. The booth also offers a serving of Prosecco or Moscato for $12 each.
New to the menu this year is Sauvignon Blanc for $11, but returning, they have the Italian Red Sangria for $12. In the past, this beverage has reminded us of an alcoholic fruit punch in flavor — not super memorable.
The Italian-inspired Margarita with tequila and Fabrizia Blood Orange Liqueur is $13 and remains at the booth after the Festival of the Arts. When we tried this a few weeks ago, we couldn’t really taste the blood orange, and we felt like it was lacking that sharp, punchy flavor.
But new on the beverage lineup is the Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail. It’s made with mint-infused elderflower liqueur, prosecco, and blood orange soda for $16.00. We thought the cocktail was a pleasant surprise. It’s a perfect spring cocktail, and the color is gorgeous. It has enough sparkling wine in it to make it very effervescent. There isn’t an overly floral after note, which we appreciated. We would 100% get this again; in fact, it would be what we go back to the Italy booth for.

Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail
We also tried the Italian-inspired Margarita for $13.00. This was a refreshing cocktail. We’re not sure we’d call it a margarita; it was more of a frozen cocktail. It just doesn’t have any hints of what you’d normally get from a margarita. It was very light and very refreshing, and we’d grab this again.

How did the booth stack up overall?
OVERALL
Overall, this was a fine booth. It’s not our favorite, but it definitely has a couple of reasons why you should check it out. There are a few things here that we will be coming back for again, and probably again after that. Don’t feel like you need to run here, but don’t just pass by it either!
