Okay, Disney World Annual Passholders, this one is JUST for you. If you’re an Annual Passholder, you’re probably already aware of all the benefits having a pass gives you beyond just getting you into the theme parks. You can get discounts on merchandise and food, special exclusive merchandise and food, early ride previews, and so much more.
New Annual Passholder magnet
However, one of the best perks of being a Disney World Annual Passholder is the free magnets that you can get throughout the year. Well, the new Annual Passholder magnet is officially available, and we’re heading to Disney World to grab one for ourselves.
You can pick up your FREE exclusive Annual Passholder magnet in Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Discovery Trading Company. Be sure to bring your Annual Pass and a government-issued photo ID to get this freebie. You can also use a MagicBand linked to your Pass or Disney MagicMobile Pass. You’ll see a sign at Riverside Depot instructing you to walk past it and into Discover Trading Company to pick up the magnet (just follow the signs).

The new magnet features two of our favorite characters from Zootopia, Nick and Judy! As you may know, you can actually meet them now in Animal Kingdom, as well as see the new Zootopia: Better Zoogether show in the Tree of Life. So it’s appropriate that they finally get their own magnet!

Note that there is a limit of only one magnet per Passholder, so if you have multiple Passholders in your group or family, they’ll each have to pick up their own magnet. The magnet is available until March 15th, so make sure you get to Animal Kingdom before then to grab it.

You think a magnet is better than the select 40% dining discount they offered last fall????
I don’t think it is fair to offer a magnet to those who just happen to be in Disneyworld the time of their distribution. I feel all passholders should be able to get the magnet by mail if they can’t be there during the time stated if they ask for it. We pay enough for our annual passes and we seem to get the least amount of perks.
Please try and make these offers available to all passholders whether or not they are there during their distribution or not.
Sorry, but at these prices, I am expecting more than a new magnet. Bring back the meaningful restaurant discounts.
I definitely think with the amount of money we pay for AP we should get a little more perks. I agree with the person above about the Magnets being sent to us in the mail. AP holders should get a discount on LLL or it be more accessible to us. Just little things that would make it worth all the money we pay.
