Love is in the air…and so is the smell of fresh Disney desserts!

Valentine’s treats!
For the upcoming holiday, Disney World has introduced several new limited-time treats designed to celebrate Valentine’s Day in the most Disney way possible. We sampled a mix of desserts and drinks to give you a clear, honest look at how they taste and whether they’re worth building into your day.
Love is in the air at the Most Magical Place on Earth! That’s right, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and Disney World has once again launched a lineup of limited-time treats and desserts to help you celebrate the season of sweets in the most delicious way possible. From February 1st through mid-month, you’ll find all sorts of themed goodies popping up across Disney World’s parks, hotels, and Disney Springs, each with its own spin on romance, playful presentation, and of course, flavor.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway with your sweetheart, a fun Galentine’s outing with friends, or just want an excuse to indulge while you explore the parks, we’ve rounded up some of the newest Valentine’s treats, and we’re here to tell you how they taste, which ones are worth the stop, and whether these Instagram-worthy bites live up to the hype (and the price).
Berry In Love Beignets
Let’s start this Valentine’s roundup strong because these Berry In Love Beignets are genuinely a pleasant surprise. Right out of the gate, the texture stands out on these treats! You’ll find these over at Scat Cat Club Café at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — French Quarters. These feel noticeably fluffier than your standard Disney beignets, with that soft, pillowy interior and just-right exterior bake that gives you structure without any dryness. Honestly? I kind of wish all beignets were made like this.

Berry In Love Beignets
Flavor-wise, the raspberry element is subtle but distinct. It’s not a fresh, tart berry moment — think more along the lines of the raspberry candy coating Disney often uses on ice cream toppings. It does lean slightly artificial, but it’s clearly raspberry, and it works well with the powdered sugar and light marshmallow drizzle.

A single beignet
The raspberry flavor appears to come from a coating on the outside of the beignets, which also gives them that pretty pink-tinged finish. The marshmallow is intentionally restrained and just enough to let you know it’s there without overpowering the beignet itself. That said, a dipping sauce situation might have been even better, giving you more control over how much sweetness you get in each bite (or letting you fully dunk, which…tempting!)

Inside of the beignet
Visually, these are absolutely adorable. The little candy hearts and edible glitter make them feel festive without crossing into gimmicky territory, and they’re very much in the same family as past seasonal favorites like the Ghoulish Beignets in terms of consistency and presentation. You get three generously sized beignets for $9.49, and while I don’t know that we could polish them all off solo in one sitting, they’re hefty enough that sharing feels natural. Between the texture, flavor, and portion size, this ends up being a solid value, and if you’re already a fan of Disney beignets or just want something seasonal and a little different, these are absolutely worth the trip over.
Love Potion 67
If you’re looking for a Valentine’s Day drink that’s fun, approachable, and genuinely easy to sip, the Love Potion 67 delivers exactly that. You can expect to find this drink at eet by Maneet Chauhan at Disney Springs and it’s made with vodka, lemonade, wild strawberry flavoring, lemon sour, and topped with a festive toy. This one immediately leans playful and yes, you get to pick your toy! From tiny cupcakes to donuts and heart-shaped toppers, it’s a cute, customizable touch that makes the drink feel extra special (and very photo-friendly).

Love Potion 67
Flavor-wise, this cocktail is essentially a wild strawberry lemonade vodka, with just enough lemon sour to keep things from tipping too sweet. There’s a mild tartness, but the dominant note is that familiar strawberry lemonade flavor — bright, refreshing, and very drinkable. Interestingly, it almost drifts into a watermelon-like vibe at times, likely thanks to how the strawberry and lemon play together. Either way though, it’s a pleasing flavor profile that doesn’t require a “cocktail palate” to enjoy.

So cute!
What really stands out here is how smooth the vodka is. It’s well mixed and mostly settles toward the bottom of the drink, so you barely taste it at all, especially at the start. As you get closer to the end, the drink does feel a bit fuller and more spirit-forward, but never harsh. Honestly, if you weren’t told there was vodka in it, you might just assume you’re sipping a really good strawberry lemonade…which can be both a compliment and a gentle warning.

A closer look
The one pleasant surprise we found of this one is that it isn’t a frozen drink. We were fully expecting a slushy situation, and were glad that wasn’t the case. It’s served as a standard liquid cocktail, which makes everything feel better balanced and easier to enjoy (though it does mean the toy topper won’t stay perched quite as long!) Pro tip: if you’re hoping to grab photos, opt for one of the lighter toys, because heavier ones tend to tip quickly.

We LOVE our little cupcake!
At $15.95, this feels right in line with Disney Springs cocktail pricing, and the combination of flavor, presentation, and sheer drinkability makes it a standout. In fact, it’s the kind of drink that turns heads — someone literally stopped us to ask about it and immediately went inside to order one themselves!
Be Mine Éclair
When it comes to seasonal desserts, Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs consistently understands the assignment, and their Valentine’s lineup is no exception! We tried two of their limited-time offerings, and honestly? These are the kind of treats that make you wish Disney would keep them around a little longer.

Be Mine Éclair
Let’s start with the Be Mine Éclair, because Amorette’s is known for doing éclairs very well — and this one absolutely holds up that reputation. At $8, visually it’s adorable: pops of pink and red, a sleek raspberry coating, and a polished chocolate accent stamped with the Amorette’s logo.

Inside of the éclair
Inside, it’s filled with a light, whipped raspberry cream that’s used again on top to anchor the chocolate garnish. Instead of the traditional chocolate glaze, the entire éclair is coated in a raspberry finish similar to the berry treatment we saw earlier with the beignets and the flavor leans tart! This is a true raspberry-forward dessert, with a noticeable pucker that fans of sour-sweet flavors will appreciate. It’s clean, classic, and very satisfying if you’re looking for something reliable and well-executed.
Valentine’s Entremet
The Valentine’s Entremet, however, is where things get more interesting! At $8.25, this one feels like a true “share-with-your-sweetheart” dessert that’s layered, rich, and visually stunning. The base is a thick, heart-shaped chocolate layer that eats almost like a dense brownie, giving it a substantial, slightly crunchy bite. Inside is a white chocolate mousse with extra chocolate elements that make it feel indulgent without being overwhelming. Sitting on top is a glossy, gel-like layer that holds Chantilly-style whipped cream and a pocket of strawberry filling complete with actual strawberry pieces for texture and freshness. Finished with gold heart accents and chocolate sprinkles, it’s as pretty as it is complex.

Valentine’s Entremet
That complexity does mean it melts faster and can be a little harder to dig into, but the payoff is worth it! There’s a lot going on here, both in flavor and structure, and it feels thoughtfully composed rather than busy.

From the side
If you’re choosing just one, the entremet edges ahead thanks to its layered flavors and creative construction. But if you want a tried-and-true pastry that delivers exactly what you expect, the éclair is a rock-solid pick. Truthfully? They’re both excellent, and we really hope Amorette’s brings back some version of these in future seasonal rotations, because they absolutely nailed them both!

So complex
To wrap it all up, Disney World’s Valentine’s Day treats really understood the assignment this year. From fluffy, festive beignets to a dangerously drinkable cocktail and beautifully crafted pastries that feel just as special as the holiday itself, this lineup proves that these limited-time offerings are more than just cute — they’re genuinely well thought out and, for the most part, worth both the stop and the spend. If you’re visiting during the Valentine’s season, these are the kinds of snacks that add a little extra fun (and sweetness) to your day, whether you’re celebrating with a partner, friends, or just treating yourself. Just don’t wait too long though! These treats are fleeting, and some of them are absolutely worth falling in love with before they disappear.
