In January of 2026, Gideon’s Bakehouse founder Steve Lewis got our mouths watering with a major announcement about a BRAND NEW restaurant coming to Disney Springs.

After a few weeks of speculation based on construction permits, January 16th — the anniversary of Gideon’s opening — saw Lewis share a message on Gideon’s social media channels announcing a new location: Six Ravens.
Lewis wrote, “What if we created a place that offered up savory delights in collaboration with some of our favorite Central Florida chefs? After all, I got my start at Disney Springs as a secret menu item at the Polite Pig. It’s important to pay it forward and bring more local flavors to the international crowds we meet every day. So with that, I introduce you to Six Ravens.”
So, what’s the menu at Six Ravens going to look like?

Lewis stressed that the new location would be focused on savory offerings. According to the post, Six Ravens will specialize in “Coffyns.” Described as an “old school hand pie”, the fluffy yeast bread pastry will be “filled with flavors created not only by the talented minds in Gideon’s kitchen but also by some of your favorite Orlando culinary superstars,” according to Lewis.

The location will also serve savory potatoes, local draft beer, and, obviously, “some tasty desserts.”

According to Lewis and Gideons and Lewis, Six Ravens is scheduled to open at Disney Springs later this year. Stay tuned to DFB for more on this upcoming Disney Springs location.
